LEAVE PARENTAL (a) b) b) (d) (e) (e) (i) (i) (i) (j) Workers who are entitled to parental leave under the relevant clauses of Part B and Part C of this agreement or other legal provisions, are entitled to extend the total duration of unpaid parental leave for up to 104 weeks.
Workers who are entitled to maternity leave under the relevant clauses of Part B and Part C of this agreement or other legal provisions are entitled to maternity leave of up to 16 weeks. The payment of maternity leave is made at the time of the leave and can be used with half of the leave over a period of 32 weeks. (i) the provisions of Article 32, point b), also apply to workers of both sexes who are the primary care of a child under twelve months of age, whether the child is maternal, paternal or adopted. In addition to all the rights described in Part B and Part C of this agreement, workers on parental leave, if they are in the best interests of both parties, may apply for the return to part-time, immediately prior to the transfer, of workers in an activity similar to or similar to that pre-parental leave, subject to the requirements of the company or to a worker who has been transferred to a secure job, the position exercised immediately before the transfer. Workers who are entitled to paternity leave in accordance with the relevant clauses of Part B and C of this agreement or other legal provisions are entitled to paternity leave paid for up to two weeks. This can be taken for half the salary over a period of 4 weeks. This provision also applies to same-sex workers or the adoption of a child. In the event of adoption, the worker must prove that he is a candidate for adoption. Workers who go on parental leave must write down their intention to return to work or not at least 6 weeks before the leave expires. For antenatal vacations, employees can access RDO s, Time in Lieu, Annual Leave, Sick Leave or Leave without Pay. The rights to paid federal parental leave are not included in the fees provided in this agreement. Workers returning from parental leave have the opportunity to develop, in collaboration with the employer, a return-to-work plan, which also includes development assistance for the organization. 33.
